NCD is looking for a few good locals!
If you are a local business, crafter, or farmer who would like to have booth at the Community Day, great news! We would love to have you. But we do have a few guidelines that we are requesting all vendors follow.
1. This event is all about giving back to our community! As a vendor you must be able to give something too. That could mean having a demonstration of your craft, a free sample of your goods, or a fun family activity like face painting or bubbles.
2. All goods sold need to be handcrafted or locally produced. Resale items are only permitted for antiques with permission (this is not the venue for household yard sale items). Nelson residents who are representatives of retail companies may also request space but it will be first come first served to avoid duplication.
3. We welcome any farmers who would like to bring livestock as part of a petting zoo, but if you wish to do this you must tell us what animals you are bringing, how much space you will need, provide all fencing to keep animals and people safe, and clean up after animals at the end of the day.
